Enrolling in Business Online Banking is easy. We Bring the Bank to You!<\/p>\n

Contact one of our Business Relationship Bankers<\/a>\u00a0to schedule a time for them to come out to your business to discuss your financial needs. The initial enrollment form only takes a few minutes, which will enable us to prepare your customized, comprehensive enrollment packet.<\/p>\n

Once the paperwork is signed and returned to us, we'll process your enrollment and you'll receive your initial user ID and password within a few business days.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

Don\u2019t worry! If you\u2019ve forgotten your Business Online Banking password the steps below will help you get back into your account:<\/p>\n

  1. Click LOGIN at the top of the FLCBank website\u00a0<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n
  2. Type in your Login ID and click LOGIN<\/strong><\/li>\n
  3. On the next screen click the blue text Forgot Password\/PIN<\/strong><\/li>\n
  4. You will need to enter in your Login ID again<\/strong><\/li>\n
  5. Then click the \u201cSUBMIT\u201d button.<\/strong><\/li>\n
  6. Your password will be sent to the email address on file.<\/strong>

    <\/i> How to Enroll in Personal Online Banking?<\/h3>\n

    Before you can enroll in Personal Online Banking, you will need to know your primary account number. If you don\u2019t have an account with us and are interested in opening a personal account, contact one of our dedicated bankers at a location<\/a>\u00a0near you.<\/p>\n

    Steps to Enroll in Personal Online Banking:<\/strong><\/p>\n

    1. Select the \u201cEnroll\u201d link from the Personal Online Banking login box.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    2. Complete the required information and click enroll. You will need to know your primary account number and your PIN, at this time, is the last 4 digits of your SSN. <\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n
    3. Read the Terms and Conditions and click \u201cI Agree\u201d button.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    4. On the next few screens, you will establish your credentials: Username and Password and set-up security challenge questions.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    5. The next steps will be setting up your online options like estatements, mobile banking and text alerts.<\/strong><\/li>\n
    6. Congratulations you have enrolled in Online Banking for your personal accounts. Go back to the Personal Online Banking login box and click login.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div>

      3. Enter Last 4 digits of Social Security number in the field<\/strong><\/li>\n

      6. You will be asked a series of verification questions that must be answered correctly.<\/strong><\/li>\n
      7. Once the questions have been answered correctly your password will be sent to you via email.<\/strong>
